Don’t sacrifice sex education

Editorial

It would be a huge setback to teenagers’ personal development if sex education, per se, were to be pared back or sanitised because parents do not want their children to be given the ‘wrong message’. This is not a debate about liberal versus conservative. That is a digression. At issue is how best to guide a teenager through a delicate growing phase.

Straits Times is definitely a homo haven… their news are trash…
the only articles worth reading are reprinted articles from other news
agencies… now they try to stir crap by pushing their homo agenda …
I wonder why the Straits Times never pointed out that the homos in
Aware were encouraging acts of sedition by promoting homo sex and anal
sex. Homo and anal sex are illegal in Singapore… Oye Strait Times
homo journalists… including the editorialist… what do you have to
    say in your defence?
It’s time for people like us in mainstream society to voice out our
values and not be bullied by a few deranged people with unnatural
    sexual inclinations from influencing everyone…
Did you guys know that the homos lobbied hard on those DBS senior
executives to forbid Josie Lau from running for Aware president?? DBS
management really loves homos money… don’t they know that DBS
depends on the POSB money of the uncles/aunties in the heartlands and
not the homo money? Shame on you DBS management … you have no
backbone… I will close my dbs accounts and switch to OCBC/UOB/HSBC/
    Citi.
And for MOE… why have you been sleeping at the wheel? Just because
nobody complained about the homo material being taught to our kids by
the homos from Aware doesnt mean that you have no responsibility in
this matter. How can the parents complained when they didn’t never
received the material ? Did the kids bring the material home? Did the
    school notify the parents?
I applaud one of the principals (i heard this story from a friend) who
apparently sat through the first session of the homo talks and then
cancelled the whole programme because AWARE was teaching stuff
completely different from what they initially proposed.
