I recently bought a used motorcyle at a shop in Tampines 9004, After numerous complain of my bike condition eg: Brakes not working properly, engine overheat, water leakage – This shop avoid liability – refuse to repair and tell me there is nothing wrong because he can ride.
On the 2nd month when i go to pay installment – he says i m 5 days late – late payment interest charge is $20.00. When i question him what is the interest rate? He couldn’t reply, He says late means at least $20.00 .( for $222.00 instalment)
Can anyone tell me, is this reasonable? Of course I wont be late next month – Thanks.
I bought this product called Qvites( tuttifrutti) from Qhealth. (Website :healthrx.com.sg) for my children. When I got the product the product was spoilt and had a nasty smell. I called up their company to ask for an exchange. They were so rude and refused to exchange. the salesperson claim that the product going to expire so they gave discount.When asked to talk to the supervisor, they refused to give any contact person. They seem very suspicious. I will never buy anything from this company.
Send the bike back and tell them that you refuse to carry on with the installment. Threaten them that you will report to the proper authorities for their actions.
Read through the sale purchase agreement on late payment and installment matters.
